- Diperbolehkan membicarakan topik yang berhubungan dengan RL, tapi mari saling menghargai privasi satu sama lain dan tidak melewati batas.
- Kale hanya menyediakan service VVIP, yang artinya hanya menerima 1 cust dalam 1 hari, dan 1 hari dihitung saat jam kerja selesai
- Jam kerja: 11.00 - 23.00 WIB, tapi bisa fleksibel selama Kale masih bangun
- Kale terbuka dengan segala jenis diskusi, baik yang berkaitan dengan sesi maupun tidak
- Kale tekankan dari sekarang kalau Kale juga memiliki sesuatu yang harus dikerjakan di RL, sehingga waktu rata-rata Kale dalam membalas pesan bisa beragam. Terkadang bisa stay roomchat, tapi juga bisa agak lama (akan tetap diusahakan di bawah 15 menit). Kalau Kale merasa akan menghilang lebih dari 30 menit, pasti akan memberitahu terlebih dahulu
- Kalau Kale menghilang lebih dari 2 jam tanpa izin, Kale akan mengajakmu berdiskusi dengan pilihan refund atau kompensasi lainnya, seperti penambahan jam setelah sesi selesai.
- Pengajuan pembatalan atau perubahan jadwal diperbolehkan paling lambat H-1 sesi.
- Kale memiliki hak untuk menghentikan sesi dengan atau tanpa refund jika Kale merasa tidak nyaman ataupun terdapat hal mendesak yang tidak dapat ditinggalkan.
- Dimohon untuk memberikan feedback di akhir sesi agar Kale dapat memperbaiki kesalahan yang Kale buat dan meningkatkan performanya.
- Segala hal yang dibahas dalam sesi tidak boleh disebarluaskan tanpa persetujuan kedua belah pihak. Jika ketahuan, terlebih jika digunakan untuk keperluan komersil (seperti AU atau ff), maka akan dikenakan denda sebesar Rp350.000
- Last but not least, I'm totally okay if the client happens to catch feelings and want to confess, but I don't hold any responsibilities for it.
